Description

  • Someone who shares a vision of a Sustainable Planet like the rest at Carbon Mandal.
  • Self-driven individual who is willing to take on responsibilities & wear multiple hats in a Startup ecosystem.
  • Creative individual with an aptitude for developing concepts, designs, illustrations and more.
  • Proficient in at least one graphic designing tool. Proven graphic designing and video designing experience. Video editing knowledge is a plus point.
  • Should possess a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Applicants must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details while following a brand manual.
  • Proficient in the English Language. Kannada & Hindi are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Managing Digital Space

  • Design creatives for marketing campaigns and social media posts. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Identify recent developments in the field of ‘Sustainability’ and write blogs.
  • Work with the team and be creative to produce the final design & content.
  • Manage social media spaces and gain a following through continued engagement.

Arrange meetings for the sales team

  • Make calls & write emails professionally to share Carbon Mandals profile or any information to prospective clients
  • Arrange for at least 2 meetings per week with a relevant point of contact for the sales team
  • As a point of contact between potential clients and Carbon Mandal, ensure to maintain meeting accuracy

Learn Digital Marketing Tools & Develop relevant knowledge and skills to grow into a Digital Marketing Executive

  • After delivering on the must-do tasks, learn tools and develop digital marketing skills.
