Description

  • Min 1 year of sales experience
  • Someone who shares a vision of a Sustainable Planet like the rest at Carbon Mandal.
  • Self-driven individual who is willing to take on responsibilities & wear multiple hats in a Startup ecosystem.
  • Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sustainability or environmental consulting is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to cope with rejection
  • Skills and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • proficient in the English Language , Kannada & Hindi are a plus.
Job Responsibilities

1.    Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Research potential target markets and industries
  • Networking

  • Create sales pitch and materials

2.    Develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Conduct Market Research.
  • Develop a Marketing Plan
  • Execute and Monitor the Marketing Plan

3.    Manage existing leads/ client relationships

  • Regularly communicate with existing leads and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and clients
  • Continuously gather feedback from clients on their experience with the company
  • Proactively identify potential issues and concerns

4.    Prepare and present sales reports to management

  • Gather and organize data
  • Interpret, create reports and present

5.    Meet or exceed sales and marketing target
